It was a retreat like no other for Valiente Capital and Amparo Engineering on 14 January 2022, when they encountered IRMP Consulting’s unique knowledge sharing style.
Charles Okeibunor, Lead Faculty for IRMP was on ground to deliver as usual high-valued learnings on Self Leadership. The learn and share session brought out the open and latent abilities of the staff, leading them to take charge and assume full responsibilities of their life’s destination.
Charles emphasized, “We may not have control on how others lead themselves, but we have a choice on how we lead ourselves, Self Leadership is the primary determinant of our destination in life.”
