Founder and CEO

Charles is a top of the mind trainer on Relational skills and Managing workplace conflicts. He is a member of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group and belongs to the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators. He facilitates both local and international programs and has trained over 2000 staff across 15 different Private and public sector organisations on workplace conflict best practices. 


He qualified as an internationally accredited mediator from the Dispute Resolution Center of Bond University, Australia. He has graduate and postgraduate degrees and diplomas in Law, Mediation, Entrepreneurship and Human Rights. His bias for workplace conflicts has earned him invitations to speak at various fora. He has consulted for several organisations and helped them resolve complicated workplace relationship issues.


With Charles at the helm, IRMP Consulting is a firm with a primary vision to help build organisations to last, the IRMP way.​

Dr. Odeworitse Andrew Eyeoyibo

Odeworitse is a personal and business development coach and trainer. He has over 20 years cognate experience in the field of training. His areas of specialization and emphasis are Time management, leadership training and development, goal setting, business and leadership communication, creative non fiction writing, writing for business, success motivation, sales and marketing training. He also teaches and trains high net worth individuals and public functionaries in public speaking, relationship management and aspects of corporate communication and public relations.


He has undergraduate and graduate degrees and diplomas in law, theology, philosophy and human resource management. He is an eclectic autodidact who is widely read and deeply reflective and is self taught in many subjects. Apart from several African nations, he has traveled widely in America, Sweden, Norway, across the United Kingdom.

Patrick Cavanagh

Patrick is responsible for teaching over 350 programs on commercial negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Nigeria and India. Patrick has a long history in the areas of mediation and negotiation and has been involved in over 700 commercial disputes. He is also the former Director of Bond University Legal Negotiation Project, the largest comparative study that examines the negotiation skills of lawyers and has been Principal Negotiator for the world bank in multi-million dollar personal injuries claim.

Patrick is renowned as one of the founders of University based mediation training in Australia. He was a pioneer in the field and was mediating in a range of settings before mediation became accepted as a viable if not preferable means of dispute resolution. Not only is his knowledge of the discipline immense, but his larger than life examples and demonstrations to mediators and students alike are as famous as they are entertaining.

Ebele Oputa

Ebele is a Management Consultant, a Soft Skills trainer, a Career Management expert and an experienced Manager with over 13 years experience in Employee Development, Team Building and Bonding, Performance Improvement and Change Management.

Ebele has led many sessions on different areas including Visioning Retreats, Organizational Strategies, Leadership and Mentoring for Senior Management teams of many organizations from various sectors in Nigeria. She has delivered several training programs within Nigeria, Africa and the Middle East.


She has also assisted companies to develop and implement Mentoring, Career Development programs and Communication projects. She developed and implemented the MTN Career Development and Management project for Call Centre staff successfully and the recipients have used the skills to develop to different levels within and outside MTN. She recently worked with a team of Triagon experts to develop and implement the a life-changing Sales program for aspiring Sales Representatives for Nigerian Breweries Plc. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management Chartered (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and senior member of the Institute of Public Management in Nigeria (IPM).


Ebele holds a PhD is in Educational Foundations with Psychology from the University of Lagos. Her core study field and thesis is in Workplace Counselling.

Rufai Oseni

Rufai Oseni is a man of many parts; author of 3 books, studied animal physiology, a radio presenter of over 15 years (having worked with the BBC and other media organizations), an actor, and public speaker. He started his career 15 years ago working at JFM Radio Warri, and has since worked in over 5 Radio stations across the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria. He also had a brief time working with the BBC in Bush house London and still he covers Nigerian stories for the BBC in Bristol.

Rufai has done several stage plays in different theaters around Nigeria and has also participated in smaller productions. He recently returned from a speaking tour where he spoke at the Cambridge University’s Judge Business School on African development. He has volunteered for several charities including Oxfam and save the children. He currently has raised over 2 million Naira for flood victims in Makurdi.


Emmanuel Obinne
Executive Director - Strategy

Emmanuel is a Motivated strategic management professional and Project Manager with 8 plus years of experience impacting corporate performances. He is also an innovative strategist, leveraging deep IT product knowledge to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in line with long-term business goals. Hands-on leader, streamlining and optimizing processes while steering consultative sales strategies backed by exceptional presentations and solution demos. Extensive knowledge of the Electronic Payments Industry and Acceptance Channels (EFT, payment cards, mobile payments, ATM, and POS), Financial Inclusion, Enterprise Solutions for clients in both Private and Public Sectors. Keen interest in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Financial Inclusion, Non-traditional Payment Channels, eBusiness, ePayments. He serves as Executive Director - Strategy for IRMP Consulting.

Ifeanyi Ilechie

Executive Director - Admin

Ify is an Industrial Chemist with her fingers in many pies, she holds a Bachelors Degree, and several certificates in Industrial Chemistry, Advanced Negotiation Strategies and Managing Workplace Conflict. Before Joining IRMP she worked in various corporate sectors which include IntraChem Nigeria Limited as a quality control analyst and Unity Bank as Relationship Officer. She cut her administrative teeth at the first rated 141 Worldwide Advertising Agency where she worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer. She has also worked as Lecturer at the Delta State Polytechnic where she lectured in Chemistry. She serves as Admin Manager of IRMP Consulting.
