Communication is much more than speaking or writing well. Many speak but are not heard. Many write but are not understood.
In the workplace, some even speak harshly, while some write rudely. But remember, you don't need to be harsh to be heard or be rude for your words to rule. Until progress is the product, communication loses its essence.
