To make fact-based and solid decisions & recommendations for ourselves and our clients, we are always keeping data. Here's a peek into some of those data and the thinking(/thoughts) behind them.

Behavioural Data

Relationships are the core of IRMP, both the model and our organisation. As a result we pay particular attention to the behaviours people exhibit as these are glue (metaphor) that keep relationships smooth and keep them going. As part of our evolving solution process, we began to keep track of data

in order to make effective recommendations for improvement & organisational development as well as drive conversations and impact that are at the heart of participants, we collect consented and fully disclosed data from them. One of these data sets is the Behavioural Data, things that they like and dislike in the organisation. We use this to identify endemic problems in the organisation and draft meaningful conversations around them and push for multiple solutions and insight
